Peters admits to exclusive dealing in relation to single-wrapped ice-creams.

The ACCC has instituted Federal Court proceedings alleging Peters Ice Cream engaged in conduct βwhich hindered or prevented competition for the supply of single-wrapped ice creams to petrol and convenience retailers.β
Loyalty program raises competition concerns
The ACCC has announced that it proposes not to allow plans by Caravan Tarde and Industries Association of Queensland (Caravanning Queensland) to offer a loyalty program to members.
