Happy Tuesday! A new compilation of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 has been registered, incorporating amendments up to Competition and Consumer Amendment (Australian Consumer Law - Country of Origin Representations) Act 2020. This is compilation number 130, replacing compilation 129 registered on 8 September.
